Within the official visit of Croatia RNDr. Igor Furdik, chairman of the Office for Slovaks living abroad, visited the town Ilok and the Lutheran church of the local Slovak congregation in Ilok.
He looked at the reconstruction plans as well as at the church and said that the church was in very bad condition and it needed reconstruction. He was also informed about the life in congregation and its activities.
The representatives of the congregation in Ilok expressed gratitude to RNDr. Igor Furdik for his financial support. Igor Furdik is a man who acts and not only promises.
