On Tuesday, May 30, 2017, the General Bishop Miloš Klátik received distinguished visitors from the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Austria and Austrian Ambassador in Slovakia Helfried Carl at the Bishop´s Office in Slovakia.
The visitors from Austria were the Superintendent of the Burgenland diocese Manfred Koch and local pastor Sönke Frost from the church congregation in Nickelsdorf and Deutsch Jahrndorf.
General Bishop Miloš Klátik granted them commemorative medal, which are granted by the occasion the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation to the significant personalities of the ECAC in Slovakia and also to the representatives of the partner churches for cooperation and support with the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Slovakia, for spreading its positive message abroad, for creating supportive conditions in developing its activities and cooperation in spreading Christian values in society.
