The Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Slovakia organized for last four years the whole-church missionary events with the name Evangelical Church Days. It was organized at these cities Bratislava (2008), Žilina (2010), Lučenec (2012) and Spišská Nová Ves (2014). In 2016, this event will be held outside the territory of Slovakia. It will take place in Békéscsaba, Hungary, since the 6th to 8th July 2016.
On the preparations of this event are in partnership, besides the ECAC in Slovakia:

• Slovak Evangelical Lutheran seniorate in Romania
• Evangelical of the Augsburg Confession Slovak church congregation in Ilok
• Slovak Evangelical Church congregation of the Augsburg Confession in Budapest
• Slovak Evangelical of the Augsburg Confession church congregation in Prague
The theme of the event will be Reformation and the national awareness (The Contribution of slovak evangelical members to the 500th anniversary of the Church Reformation). The Biblical theme is Psalm 119:46: "I will also speak of your decrees before kings and not be put to shame."
For the guests will be prepared: worship services; presentation of Slovak Evangelical Churches; performances of church choirs and groups of youth; discussion forums; performances of the traditional folk groups; theater performance etc.
